Have your physician fax your lab order directly to (337) 476-2018 OR upload through our appointment scheduler.
Step 2: Collect Specimen
A Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist arrives at your location of choice taking precaution. Collect samples and process immediately.
Step 3: Deliver Specimen
Specimens will be delivered to lab YOU choose without delay, maintaining the integrity at the preanalytical stage.
